RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Cloud Blu Rentals does not offer refunds for deposits or payments made once a reservation has been confirmed due to the equipment being reserved exclusively for your event. This policy applies regardless of cancellation by the Customer for any reason, including but not limited to changes in plans, scheduling conflicts, weather concerns, venue issues, or any other circumstance beyond Cloud Blu Rentals’ control.
In the event Cloud Blu Rentals is unable to fulfill the reservation due to circumstances within our control (excluding weather, unsafe setup conditions, or other situations outlined by Cloud Blu Rentals), the Customer will be offered the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
